How do I start earning Crystal Points?+
Sign in at the top of the page with Steam or PlayStation Network. From that moment, every eligible action — wishlisting, watching a trailer here, playing a demo, pre-ordering, or scanning a booth QR code — is tracked automatically against your account.
What''s the difference between Crystal Points and Shards?+
Crystal Points (CP) are your permanent progression score — they decide which of the five tiers you''ve unlocked and are never spent. Crystal Shards are spendable: trade them in the reward vault for specific digital items without waiting to hit a tier.
Why are booth QR scans worth so much?+
The booth is the main event. Scanning the QR code at each of the five Capcom stations in Hall 6 proves you were there in person, and those scans pay the most CP in the campaign. Scanning all five completes the Grand Slam — which unlocks the Legend tier on its own.
Do I need to attend gamescom to take part?+
No. Most achievements — wishlisting, trailers, demos, pre-orders and social tasks — can be completed from anywhere. But the highest tier (Legend) and the biggest single rewards require booth QR scans, so on-site visitors can climb furthest.
When and how do I receive my rewards?+
Digital codes and in-game items deliver to your linked Steam or PSN account shortly after gamescom 2026 closes. Physical rewards in the Legend tier ship to the address you confirm in the reward vault. You keep everything you unlock.
Some titles can''t be pre-ordered or have no demo — why?+
The lineup spans different release stages. Street Fighter 6 and Dragon''s Dogma 2 are already out, so they reward wishlisting, trailers and social tasks. Onimusha and Pragmata have live demos and pre-orders. Mega Man: Dual Override is wishlist-only until 2027. Your achievements adapt to each title''s stage.
