Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a gamescom ticket to take part?+
No. All online quests (sign-in, wishlists, trailers, pre-orders) can be completed from anywhere. Only the booth quests — QR scans and demos — require a visit to the Level Infinite booth in Hall 6.
How do the QR codes at the booth work?+
Each of the three game stations has its own QR code. Open this page on your phone, sign in, and scan the code right at the station — the points are credited instantly. Scanning all three triggers the 1,000 IP Grand Tour bonus.
Can I link both Steam and PSN?+
Yes. Your IP balance is shared across accounts — you choose the platform for each reward when you redeem it.
Do pre-orders I made before the campaign count?+
Yes — once you link your account, existing wishlist entries and pre-orders for lineup titles are detected and credited automatically.
When do I receive my rewards?+
Digital assets unlock immediately when you hit the tier. In-game items and DLC vouchers are delivered within 14 days of the event closing (September 30, 2026). The pin set is picked up directly at the booth.
